There are NO REFUNDS of rent paid and NO PRO-RATING of rent paid and/or rent due.  DaneCorp Self Storage LLC’s leases are month-to-month having a minimum term of one (1) month.  Refunds are issued    only in circumstances in which customer’s accounts    were incorrectly charged.
